A/B tested multiple PRO upsell variants and identified a simplified version highlighting core features as the top performer. Launched the winning design, resulting in a significant lift in PRO conversions.

Launched New PRO Features to Drive Subscriptions
Designed and launched Free Camping filter (free camping locations on the map), Dyrt Alerts (text notifications for sold-out campsite openings) and Drive Time (camping search by driving radius), delivering high-value functionality that increased PRO engagement and conversion.
The Free Camping button resulted in an 85% increase in top-converting CTA interaction in Spring 2025.









Enhanced Map Clarity with Category Pins
Redesigned map pins to visually differentiate key camping types (public, dispersed, RV parks, overnight parking), highlighting The Dyrt as the only platform with all U.S. camping options in one place. Conducted user testing to validate clarity and ease of use. The update boosted map engagement and significantly increased discovery of underutilized categories.




Improved Campground Availability UX
Redesigned the availability calendar and CTA to clearly indicate sold-out vs. available sites, reducing user confusion and driving faster booking decisions.



Delivered High-Impact Web Experiences
Reimagined the homepage, SEO-optimized content pages, and seamless web-to-app conversion flows that supported growth and retention goals.


Designed Annual Camping Report for Nationwide Media Coverage
Designed branded marketing materials, most notably the Annual Camping Report sponsored by Toyota, strengthening brand credibility and attracting media coverage.
